March 2005 - Revision of planetary gearboxes EP series

For the purpose of a continuous and constant quality improvement, Tramec brought about the revision of the RDS project and created the EP series.

This modification reduces the overall dimensions of the gearboxes, with regard to their total length, improves their performance an makes the product more flexible.

The series developed from the experience of the REP project (precision planetary gearboxes) and found favour with a market which is continuously evolving from the point of view of automation.
The series is available in five sizes (55 / 75 / 90 / 120 / 155), same as the previous version.
