A year with IGI private equity
On June 24th, 2021 IGI Private Equity acquired 75% of Tramec: the beginning of a new chapter in the history of our company, which saw the acquisition of M.T. Motori Elettrici Srl at the same time and a few months after that of Ber-Mar Srl, giving the go-ahead to a new group synergy.
Today Tramec is a solid reality, which at 36 years of age continues to renew itself together with its partners: united we win.
