TRAMEC S.r.l. becomes TRAMEC S.p.A.

We are pleased to announce an important milestone in our company's growth journey: following the notarial deed executed on September 7, 2026, before Notary Ciro De Vivo in Milan, TRAMEC has completed its corporate transformation from a Limited Liability Company (S.r.l.) to a Joint-Stock Company (S.p.A.).

The transformation became effective upon registration with the Milan-Monza Brianza Companies Register on September 9, 2026.

This transition represents a natural evolution of our business and reflects the strength, growth, and development ambitions that have characterized TRAMEC's journey.

New Corporate Name

Effective September 9, 2026, the company's official corporate name is: TRAMEC S.p.A.

• Bank account details
• Existing contractual relationships
• Other company identification data

All orders already issued to TRAMEC S.r.l. remain fully valid, as do transport documents and declarations of intent already issued within the applicable deadlines.

With regard to invoicing, from the effective date of the transformation, all tax documents must indicate the new corporate name: TRAMEC S.p.A.

Becoming TRAMEC S.p.A. marks a strategic step that further strengthens our market position and consolidates the foundations needed to address future challenges with even greater capacity for investment, innovation, and growth.
