Antibacterial gearboxes and motors

GHA CLASSIC gearboxes, GK series, are available from 30 to 89 sizes.

The GK worm gear series reducers are extremely lightweight thanks to the compact shape of the casing for all sizes.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS (n1 1400 rpm):

• Power range 0.06 – 5.5 kW
  
• Reduction range 5 - 100
  
• Torque range T2M = 6.5 - 355 Nm
  

The GK series is only available in the version designed for motor coupling (PAM) and not with a male input shaft.

The casings have the same external profile as the standard TRAMEC gearboxes (no GHA treatment).

GHA TREATMENT CHARACTERISTICS:

• Excellent bactericidal properties
  
• Standard corrosion resistance (250 h in NSS test)
  
• AISI 316 stainless steel hollow output shaft, bolts and plugs
  
• FDA certified food grade lubricant, oil seals and gaskets
  

Although these gearboxes are certified as suitable devices for use on food processing machines and therefore for applications that operate in food production and handling plants, they are not certified for use in contact with food.
