Helical and Bevel helical gearboxes

Bevel helical gearboxes and parallel shaft gearboxes H SERIES stand out for their strength and application versatility, which make these types of gearboxes suitable for heavy industry application. High efficiency is guaranteed and these gearboxes are recommended for applications which need continuous duty or when high driving torque are require.

TRAMEC bevel helical gearboxes and parallel shaft gearboxes are available in 4 sizes from two to four reduction stages.

Gearboxes are available with two different type of input shaft, pre‐engineered motor coupling (bell and joint) and pre‐engineered compact motor coupling. Furthermore, upon request, a second input shaft is foreseen.
The gearbox housing, is made by two heavy duty engineering cast iron units split at the centerline, facilitates both inspection and maintenance.
All external components – gearbox housing, covers, flanges, and bell-housings – are painted in BLACK RAL 9005, ensuring protection against external agents and aesthetic uniformity within the range of products.
